I am Alessia, final year student in Journalism at Teesside University, at the age of over thirty-five, after being a full-time mum. I have decided to reinvent myself.

In 2015, after my eldest daughter left to go to University I wanted to do something for my self but did not know from where to start, so I have approached Women Aid, just for a chat, but that chat gave me the strength to go back into Further Education, and pursue my passion for factual writing and to talk about women. Busy women, women career orientated, women who run business.

I have decided to create the Plan women website to find information about courses, tips and advice from business experts, events across the UK  or just to share an inspirational point of view with real success stories. 

Plan Women hopes to empower other women with the formula W2W, (women to women) allowing debating and discussing between us girls on a friendly platform.
